The conference will be held from 10 to 13 June 2025 in Gdansk, Poland, at AMBEREXPO - MTG SA Gdansk International Fair Co. As one of Poland’s most state-of-the-art trade fair and convention venues, AMBEREXPO hosts a wide variety of different and important events, both domestic and international.

By bicycle
The venue is just a 20-minute ride away from the city centre and the main train station, Gdansk Glowny.
Use any mapping service or any cycle route planner to find your fastest way around the city. Spot the signs around you, as you will probably pass by the EuroVelo 9 or 10 routes!
By foot
Pedestrians experience more! Immerse yourself in the city life by enjoying an hour walk from the Stare Miasto (Old Town).
Simply use any mapping service or get a free city map at your hotel, the main station, Gdansk Glowny, or the city's tourist office.
By public transport
Tram: plan your trip and take the tram lines 
or 
direction Nowy Port Zajezdnia and stop at Zaglowa AmberExpo, before having a 5-minute walk to eventually reach the venue.
Bus: a service line stops directly at the front of the venue. Take the bus line 
direction Wrzeszcz PKP and stop at AmberExpo.
By car
AmberExpo has an adjacent parking lot, providing with enough space for all types of cars, including vehicles adapted to disabled persons or requiring electric charge.
