Zora Pauliniová is an architect and facilitator combining spatial design with public engagement in decision-making. She co-authored and edited several books on participation, public space, and community development, focusing on inclusive design and the Design for All approach, especially for vulnerable groups such as older adults, children, and women. Since 2005, she has led participatory processes within the Spaces Programme of the Ekopolis Foundation. From 2017, she has worked on public participation for the City of Bratislava, first at the Office of the Chief Architect and later at the Metropolitan Institute of Bratislava, contributing to street and square revitalisations and strategic documents, including the Public Spaces Manifesto, Participation Manual, and Bratislava 2030 Plan. A member of Cyklokoalícia, she has been cycling through Bratislava year-round for the past decade, documenting public spaces and cycling infrastructure with her camera.
