More and more, we need to develop a vision that places sustainable mobility as a pillar of our cities and communities. That's why cycling mobility is and will increasingly be at the centre of urban policies for sustainable development.
Born in Bologna, a humanist by training, she has worked for over twenty years for public and private organisations in the field of town planning and management of territorial, social and socio-economic development, including the tourism sector. She has also worked for many years in the field of European planning. Since January 2025 she has been Elder woman for Urban and Territorial Planning, Private Construction, European Policies, State property, PNRR at the Municipality of Rimini. Since 2008 she worked for the Strategic Plan of Rimini and its territory and, since 2013, she was coordinator of its operational arm, Fondazione Piano Strategico srl. She has also been Networking Manager of the Clust-ER Tourism of the Emilia-Romagna Region since 2023. Among her relevant recent educational experiences, in 2020 she obtained the Executive MBA in Sustainability and Business Innovation, at Bologna Business School and has just completed the open course in Management Frontiers, also at BBS. Until December 2024, she was a member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee and member of the Control and Risk Committee-OPC of Italian Exhibition Group (Fiere e Congressi di Rimini e Vicenza) and a member of the Board of Directors of Uni.Rimini SpA, a company promoting the Rimini Campus of the University of Bologna. She was a member of the Advisory Board of the School of Tourism Economics of the University of Bologna and of the Technical Scientific Committee of the Foundation - ITS for Cultural Heritage and Activities - Tourism and Wellness.
