Tommaso Simeoni is the Emilia-Romagna Region's responsible for cycling policies, and mobility management. In this role, he manages European, state, and regional funds, supports municipalities in innovative transport projects, and coordinates the development of both the regional cycling network and major national touristic routes (VenTo, Sole, and Adriatica). With more than 20 years of experience, he developed the first regional plan for electric mobility in 2010 and numerous projects to reduce the energy and environmental impacts of passenger and freight transport.
