Thorsten Koska is Co-Head of the Research Unit Mobility and Transport Policy of the Energy, Transport and Climate Policy Division at the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy. His work involves analysis and evaluation of strategies, policies and measures for sustainable transport. Since he joined the Institute in 2007, he has been working in various regional, national and international projects – recently on the topics of intermodal mobility hubs, ridepooling services, sustainable urban mobility plans and mobility management.
