Thomas Harvey-Gasse is a project coordinator and a research agent in the Corridors VivaCité team for Quebec City’s municipal administration. He got his bachelor’s degree in geography from Université Laval in 2020 with a focus on urban geography, transportation, and spatial analysis using geographic information systems (GIS). After his graduation, he joined the municipal administration to work on the 2020-2024 Road Safety Vision. In 2024, motivated by the city’s ambitious approach on active mobility, he joined the Corridors VivaCité’s team to make a switch towards sustainable transportation planning.
