Senem Çeyiz is an Assistant Professor of Sport Management at Kastamonu University, Türkiye. Her research focuses on gender equality, sustainable mobility, and spatial justice within the context of sports and urban life. Drawing on feminist epistemology and socio-ecological perspectives, she examines how community-based activism promotes inclusive participation and urban transformation. Her recent work examines the Fancy Women Bike Ride as a feminist governance model that redefines leadership and mobility. She aims to connect academic research with practice to create more equitable and joyful cities.
