Roxy Tacq is an independent mobility consultant with over a decade of experience in cycling safety, active mobility, and public affairs. She is the strategic coordinator of DQ Flows, developed together with DOK Data & Road Safety, a model that predicts bicycle and pedestrian movements across entire networks. By closing long-standing data gaps, DQ Flows enables cities to identify underserved neighbourhoods and address transport poverty through cycling and walking. Roxy has worked with municipalities and organisations in the Netherlands, Spain, the UK, and Latin America, combining technical tools with policy and stakeholder engagement. With a strong focus on connecting local insights to international audiences, she helps governments and consultants translate data into strategies for safer, more inclusive, and future-proof cities. Drawing also on her lived experience as a daily cyclist and parent, she brings both professional expertise and personal commitment to creating environments where active mobility can thrive.
