With a background in economics and public administration, he has held leadership roles at both local and regional level, contributing to policy development on economic growth, public services, territorial development, and institutional innovation. Throughout his career, he has been committed to strengthening collaboration between institutions and communities to improve quality of life and support sustainable development. Outside his institutional responsibilities, Paolo is an amateur marathon runner and passionate sports enthusiast.
