Palmarosa Fuccella (Potenza, 1963), a communications designer and copywriter, has developed place branding, marketing and tourism development projects for numerous public bodies. She is a Professor at the University of Basilicata, she has numerous publications to her name in the field of history and art. An outdoor destination specialist, she edited the book “Itinerari nei paesaggi d’autore” for APT Basilicata, wrote the communication plan for the Ciclovia dei Parchi della Calabria cycle route, along with its official guide, published in 2023. She has written L’Anello dei Parchi lucani in bicicletta and Ring cycle route of Lucanian Parks (Ediciclo, 2024, 2025) and conceived the Ciclovia Meridiana project (2nd prize at the 2025 Oscar cicloturismo awards) and that of the Cammino dei Cinti for the Lucanian Apennines National Park.
