Niko is a planning manager at Ramboll. He is leading Ramboll’s skills network of cycling. He is an international expert on planning infrastructure of bicycle traffic. He specialises in traffic and street planning, network planning, way-finding and writing planning manuals. Palo has over 15 years of experience in improving the cycling infrastructure. He has been working previously at the city of Helsinki as a cycling specialist.
