Growing up in Timișoara, in Timiș County — a region known for multiculturalism, interethnic cooperation, innovation, and free spirit — shaped my perspective on dialogue and collaboration. Living in such a diverse environment taught me the value of mutual respect and the power of sharing both common and individual stories. This background inspired my interest in communication and bridge-building, leading me to pursue a career in public administration. Working with diverse communities requires understanding different social, educational, and cultural perspectives, while addressing complex issues that directly impact daily life. As a specialist within the External Relations Department of the Timiș County Council, I focus on sustainable development and stakeholder engagement. I contributed to Inclusive Border Cycling, a cross-border initiative promoting sustainable mobility, eco-tourism, and local heritage through strategic communication and public outreach.
