Maria Teresa Dandolo, architect, national councilor of FIAB, and president of FIAB Naples, taught at the Nisida juvenile prison. Committed to environmental protection and active citizenship, particularly mobility and sustainable tourism, she was among the promoters of the pedestrianization of Piazza Plebiscito and then of the seafront and other important roads in Naples. Author of numerous brochures illustrating Neapolitan architecture and urban planning, she organizes urban and extra-urban art itineraries by bicycle for FIAB Napoli, considering the bicycle a tool for urban regeneration. She designed and carried out School/Work Alternation courses relating to environmental and territorial investigation, to inclusion and to legality also in the prison context. She currently oversees projects in several schools in Naples and its province on environmental issues and the valorization of cultural heritage, aimed at reconstructing the identity and belonging of the citizens
