Mareike has been managing the public affairs at nextbike for over a decade. She has played a key role in the company's development from a pioneer of micromobility to the market leader in bike sharing. She was featured in Die Zeit as one of the 100 most important young East Germans. She is Vice Chair of UITP Shared Vehicles Commitee, founding member of the CIE Bike Sharing Expert Group, board member of Zukunft Fahrrad, hub lead at Women in Mobility and has recently co-founded Women In Cycling Germany.
