I’m President and co-founder of So.De – Social Delivery. I design social projects focused on inclusion, mental health and dignified work. In 2022 I cofounded So.De, Italy’s first ethical, sustainable and inclusive delivery model with a majority-female team in a traditionally male-dominated sector. So.De is built on three pillars: social inclusion, environmental sustainability, and solidarity. We deliver retail products by cargo bike, reducing traffic and pollution and we offer fair contracts, training, and job opportunities to people in vulnerable situations. So.De is part of CodeZERO project, a transformative three-year initiative aimed at creating sustainable, zero-emission last-mile delivery and return solutions for e-commerce, project funded by Horizon EU.
