Lauren supports the Outride team with all things research and evaluation. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Psychology and has researched various topics spanning from neurodegenerative diseases to working memory and motor adaptation. After a few years of joyfully riding to classes at Berkeley, Lauren began pursuing longer road cycling excursions around Southern California with her grandfather. Outside of cycling and researching, Lauren enjoys many modes of adventure activities and is always excited to get others outside and chat about travels and trails. At Outride, Lauren is passionate about advancing research on the social, emotional, and cognitive benefits of cycling and dedicated to translating these insights into meaningful impact.
