Karina is an urban planner with experience in transportation planning and sustainability management. She has worked with public institutions including cities, regions and public transit agencies to shift long-range mobility planning towards more sustainable outcomes, focusing on behaviour change through policies and programmes that optimise the use of existing infrastructure. Through this work, Karina observed a consistent gap: cities lacked concrete tools to encourage travel behaviour change. This led her to co-found Impact Market, developing the Mobility Impact Market, a platform that enables cities and transport authorities to directly incentivise the trips that create the most value for society, and measure that value!
