Isabel Bruns is a researcher at the Research Lab for Urban Transport at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences in Germany. She is currently focusing on active mobility and logistics, as well as their social aspects. For her future research, she will add the topics of pedestrians, bicycles and equity in society. Prior to her research, she studied Geography with a focus on social and mobility issues, and worked in a planning office where she conceptualised bike and pedestrian infrastructure in rural areas.
