Dr. Hsin-Wen Chang has over 33 years of professional teaching and research experience. Her academic focus centers on tourism development, particularly on promoting bicycles as a sustainable means of transportation and tourism. She has published extensively in academic journals and textbooks and has served as a consultant for various governmental projects related to tourism, recreational cycling planning, smart tourism, and investment evaluation. Dr. Chang led the establishment of the first Smart Public Bike System (PBS) on a university campus in Taiwan. She was Scientist for Cycling at the European Cyclists’ Federation (ECF) .
