Hannah Hook is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Geography at Ghent University. Hannah is a human geographer with a background in research regarding travel behaviour, active travel, travel satisfaction, and well-being. She continues research on these topics, while expanding her interests to include themes such as gender and mobility, placemaking and ‘streets for people’, and mobility justice. Her work strives to find the subjective value of mobility through holistic approaches to travel behaviour research. She was an EIT Urban Mobility Doctoral Training Network Fellow, and continues her engagement with EIT Urban Mobility as a freelance student consultant.
