Her expertise centres on market dialogues, consulting, and the practical work of bringing public bike-share to new cities. Having grown up in a car-heavy city in southern Germany and now based in Copenhagen, Grace has seen first-hand how differently urban space can be used - for better and for worse. That contrast shapes her core conviction: successful bike-share isn't about putting bikes on the street, but about placing them where real demand meets smart, intentional use of public space.
