Grace Roberts is a Bid Manager at Donkey Republic, where she leads tender projects and market consultations across the DACH and Nordic regions. Over the past three years she has guided cities through the process of introducing shared mobility, drawing on a background in city operations at Swapfiets and earlier lead on a smart mobility project with the City of Kiel. Her expertise centres on market dialogues, consulting, and the practical work of bringing public bike-share to new cities. Having grown up in a car-heavy city in southern Germany and now based in Copenhagen, Grace has seen first-hand how differently urban space can be used - for better and for worse. That contrast shapes her core conviction: successful bike-share isn't about putting bikes on the street, but about placing them where real demand meets smart, intentional use of public space.
