Clarisse de Cerjat serves as a policy advisor and project coordinator within the mobility team at Eurocities, the largest network of European cities. Her expertise concerns sustainable urban mobility, emissions reduction, and cleaner transport solutions across Europe. Currently, she coordinates Eurocities' activities for UPPER, an EU-funded initiative dedicated to strengthening public transport's role throughout the continent. Previously, she led the "Cycling Counts" study, establishing a comprehensive cycling data baseline for all EU Member States and defining the methodology for future data collection.
