Charles Richard-Molard has over 17 years of experience in public space planning. After spending four years at a public institution where he led the design and construction of roads, parks, and infrastructure for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Village, he joined the City of Paris at the end of 2024 to oversee the design and implementation of bike lanes. He works with a team of 18 people on the Paris cycling plan, aiming to make the city 100% bike-friendly. From strategic planning to local implementation, from bike lanes to bicycle parking, the team is involved in every aspect of integrating cycling into public space.
