Innovation has fundamentally changed what's possible in cities. From smarter station networks to ebikes that flatten hills and extend range, cycling is reaching people it never reached before. We're not talking about incremental change anymore. This is a genuine shift in how cities move.
Caroline leads Lyft’s micromobility external affairs team, overseeing policy, marketing, outreach, brand, and public relations. She collaborates with cities on designing micromobility programs, as well as on transformative policy initiatives such as Vision Zero and complete street redesigns. Prior to joining Lyft, Caroline spent 12 years at Transportation Alternatives, where she spearheaded advocacy campaigns that helped bring Vision Zero to the U.S., establishing the nation’s largest bike-share program now known as Citi Bike. She also co-founded Families for Safe Streets, a grassroots movement dedicated to eradicating traffic fatalities and making streets safer for all. She is a member of the Board of Director for the North American Bike and Scootershare Association and represents LUS on the Cycling Industries Europe bikeshare expert working group.
