Ahmet Murat Koru is a lawyer, public administrator, and local government leader based in Konya, Türkiye. As Co-Founder and Partner of Toros Law & Consultancy, he has built extensive expertise in law, governance, and public policy. Alongside his legal career, he has held a range of leadership roles in municipal administration, youth engagement, and sports governance, currently serving as Deputy Mayor of Konya Metropolitan Municipality. Koru holds a law degree and a master’s in Political Science and Public Administration, and is currently completing his Ph.D. in Public Law at Ankara Social Sciences University. Throughout his career, he has actively contributed to civic initiatives, youth organizations, and international programs focused on governance, leadership, and social development.
